Copyright Policy

Can I make copies of your products?

All of the products sold or shipped by Wumbus Corporation are copyright protected by law and cannot be copied or duplicated, under any circumstance. It is also illegal to edit or alter any of the products sold or sent for preview.

What are the penalties for violating copyright protection?

Wumbus Corporation will charge full value for merchandise upon verification of illegal duplication, editing or alterations of any of the products it distributes. In addition, the producers of the product may pursue Federal copyright charges with fines in excess of $25,000 USD per violation.

What should I do if I suspect a copyright violation?

You must contact the General Manager of Wumbus Corporation by calling (702) 879-8988. You may remain anonymous or provide your name, though it will remain confidential. Please be prepared, if you are able, to provide the video titles and to describe what type of violation you believe has occurred: editing, altering, duplicating, etc.

Guarantee / Returns

What do I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Wumbus Corporation offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date, provided that the invoice has been paid by the due date, for any other product in our catalog, less shipping charges. Purchases that are older than 30 days from the invoice date are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

Before sending the product(s) back to Wumbus Corporation, please notify your Account Executive by calling (702) 879-8988 to receive a Return Authorization Number.

What is your return policy once a purchase as been made?

Wumbus Corporation offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date for another selected product in our catalog, less shipping charges. Returns received after 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a restocking fee up to the full price of the product.

How should I notify you of a return?

To return a video or videos that you have received under our free preview program, simply contact your account representative for a Return Authorization Number and return via a traceable delivery service, at your cost. Please be sure to place the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Wumbus Corporation is not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged materials.

Free Preview Policy

What is your 3-week preview policy?

Customers within the continental U.S. may preview of any video program at no charge. Wumbus Corporation reserves the right to limit quantities or to elect not to send previews. Previews are for evaluation only and may not be used for training. By ordering previews, customers accept responsibility for returning the materials at their own expense by a traceable means.

What happens if I need more time to preview your videos?

Based on individual circumstances, extensions to the free preview period are granted. Simply call Wumbus Corporation at (702) 879-8988 and your account representative will be glad to assist you.

Wumbus Corporation has agreements with many of the top-quality producers in the industry. This provides Wumbus Corporation with a unique ability to locate and make available programs on almost any topic. If you don`t see what you need, please call or email your account representative and let us help find what you are looking for.

Can I get a package shipped via overnight service to me?

Wumbus Corporation is able to ship via FedEx. FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx 2Day® are available at a minimal additional cost to you. In contrast to UPS ground, you will be charged for these unique shipping charges regardless of your decision to purchase the product.
